Our exclusive 30-day return policy gives you time to consider your purchase and be sure you made the right decision.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your unused or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price, or an exchange for the same amount.

Returned merchandise must include the original vendor packaging, manuals and all other items it came with. Your purchase must be in the same condition as when it was received.

Used or worn merchandise cannot be returned. Items returned after 30 days from the original order date will not be accepted.

Please make sure that when you ship your return you insure it for the value that you paid. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during shipping.

The item(s) must have been purchased directly from myStethoscope.com and all returns require the original invoice, or a copy of the invoice.

If paying by credit card and the customer disputes claim for no fault of MyStethoscope, LLC, we will add a $25 chargeback fee when reprocessing the credit card. The $25 is a fee that is charged to MyStethoscope, LLC by the processing bank.

Most of myStethoscope, LLC's products are fully supported by the manufacturer. Warranty and repair service is provided by each supplier. Your instrument, if in need of repair or refurbishment, should be securely packaged; insured for its value and shipped to the appropriate manufacturer for service.

You should ALWAYS contact the manufacturer before sending an item for repair.
