myStethoscope, LLC ships most packages via UPS and occassionaly via FedEx. Most orders are promptly processed and shipped within 24 hours (M-F). Shipping warehouse closed weekends and holidays.

ULTRASCOPE PRODUCTS: Ultrascope stethoscopes are hand painted and engravable. Please allow up to an additional four (4) business days for your order to ship.

ENGRAVED 3M PRODUCTS: For engraved 3M Littmann Stethoscopes, please allow up to an additional five (5) business days for your order to ship.

myStethoscope.com delivers to any UPS acceptable address within the United States (All 50 States). No P.O. Boxes please.

A backordered product is a product that is temporarily out of stock.

If a product you have already ordered becomes backordered, you will be sent an email notification. After receiving this email, you can choose to wait for the item or cancel your order.

Backorders remain active for 30 days. If backordered items are not available within 30 days, they are automatically canceled. 5 days before it is scheduled to cancel you will receive an e-mail which will ask you if you would like your backorder to be extended. At that time, you may extend the backorder by contacting Customer Care. Extension periods vary by product.
