myStethoscope, LLC ships via UPS, FedEx or USPS. We do our best to ensure all orders are promptly processed and shipped within 24 hours or less (Monday - Friday*). Shipping warehouse closed weekends and holidays. If an order is placed over the weekend, it will ship Monday. Most shiping carriers will not deliver on the weekend, if you select overnight shipping on Friday, it will arrive Monday.

We currently DO NOT ship international orders -- no exceptions.

All packages are insured when shipped. We are unable to accept instructions to leave a package without a signature.

A backordered product is a product that is temporarily out of stock.

If a product you have already ordered becomes backordered, you will be sent an email notification. After receiving this email, you can choose to wait for the item or cancel your order.

Backorders remain active for 30 days. If backordered items are not available within 30 days, they are automatically canceled. 5 days before it is scheduled to cancel you will receive an e-mail which will ask you if you would like your backorder to be extended. At that time, you may extend the backorder by contacting Customer Care. Extension periods vary by product.
