There is NO SHIPPING DELAY on 3M Littmann, Welch Allyn and Heine laser engravings. Ultrascope stethoscopes are custom built for each customer, there is a 7-10 business day processing delay. Shipping warehouse closed weekends and holidays. If an order is placed over the weekend, it will ship Monday. MyStethoscope.com delivers to any acceptable address within the United States (All 50 States).

30 Day Return Policy
Our exclusive 30-day return policy gives you time to consider your purchase and be sure you made the right decision. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your unused or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price. Item must be unused and packaging in mint condition -- including manuals, accessories, etc.
If a product you have already ordered becomes backordered, you will be sent an email notification. After receiving this email, you can choose to wait for the item or cancel your order.
Backorders remain active for 30 days. If backordered items are not available within 30 days, they are automatically canceled. 5 days before it is scheduled to cancel you will receive an e-mail which will ask you if you would like your backorder to be extended. At that time, you may extend the backorder by contacting Customer Care. Extension periods vary by product.
